We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products unless they arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide us with photos of the damage. We will then arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost. Damaged products can include broken seals, damaged bottles, and caps.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with the details of the damage and photos of the product. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged product.
If a return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
