Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
Marination Time: 10-15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
5 sticks of Foodaids Soya Chaap (Raw)
Cooking Oil
For Marinade:
Water - 50 ml
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbs
Wheat Flour - 5 tbsp
Red Chili Powder - 2 Tbsp
Edible Food Color (Optional)
Salt as per taste
For Garnishing:
Foodaids Tandoori Masala
Sliced Onion - 1
Sliced Green Chili - 3-4
Minced Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice
Tastes best when served with Mint Coriander Chutney Recipe:
Step 1: Cut soya chaap into pieces and thoroughly wash under water to drain extra sodium.
Step 2: Prepare marinade by mixing water, ginger garlic paste, wheat flour, red chili powder and salt.
Step 3: Add soya chaap into the marinade and mix thoroughly until all pieces are covered.
Step 4: Keep the marinated pieces aside for 10-15 minutes
Step 5: Preheat cooking oil in a wok for consistent frying
Step 6: Fry soya chaap until deep brown
Step 7: Garnish with tandoori masala, lemon juice and minced coriander leaves. Add red chili powder if needed.
Step 8: Serve hot with sliced onion and green chili, with a side of Mint Coriander Chutney
